Our 5 step cleaning process

1.Vacuum - Thoroughly vacuum surfaces to remove loose soils.
2.Prespray - An alkaline based cleaning solution is then applied to the tile & grout lines and then brushed to loosen embedded oils, greases, dirt and other contaminants.
3.Extract - Using 270 degree water combined with pressure we thoroughly rinse and extract the pollutant laden water from the pores of the tile & grout into our truck's recovery tank.
4.Drying - We then dry the floor using high speed air movers. Once the floor is dry we are then able to inspect the true condition of the grout. At this point we can determine if there is any permanent staining or discoloration.
5.Consultation - After consulting with you as to the condition of the floor you now have two choices...
1) Clear Seal the grout - If you are happy with the results of the cleaning, we can go ahead and apply a clear sealer to the grout lines to protect from further staining.
2) Color Seal the grout - If the results do not meet your expectations and there is a considerable amount of staining and discoloration, we can color seal the grout to the color of your choice.
